About the role
As the Asset Integrity Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our asset integrity efforts, focusing on topside static equipment, such as unfired pressure vessels, process piping, and pressure relief devices. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and sustain the RBI activities for our assets, utilizing your technical expertise and knowledge of industry codes and standards.
- Ensure that asset integrity-related activities are carried out promptly and in accordance with the plan;
- Lead and execute RBI assessments for topside static equipment to determine risk levels and develop effective inspection plans.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including Operations, Engineering, and Process, to gather and verify data necessary for RBI assessments.
- Review and validate static equipment history data, including design, inspection, maintenance, and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all RBI activities, such as MPM and DOSH.
- Utilize various data sources, including SAP, Excel files, and databases, to support RBI assessments and decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RBI program, procedures, and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Company Integrity Engineer to determine appropriate mitigating actions based on RBI assessment outcomes.
- Provide technical support for registering new equipment into the RBI program and assessing its risk level.
- Update and maintain the Company RBI platform with the latest data and risk assessments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance and inspection activities based on risk levels.
- Hands on experience in maintenance management and developing maintenance strategies
- Familiarity with constructing and developing data in practical applications

About you
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
- At least five (5) years' experience of in the oil & gas industry, with more than 3 years spent specifically in the role of an Asset Integrity Engineer or similar;
- In-depth knowledge of industry codes and standards related to RBI practices;
- Proficiency in data analysis and management, including working with SAP, Excel, and databases;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams;
- Familiarity with risk assessment regulations and requirements;
- Experience with RBI software and platforms is a plus.
