Role Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our team and provide technical support to stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, the UAE and the UK. This Malaysia-based role will be responsible for delivering day-to-day technical assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems, security, hardware and software.

Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting M365 administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of IT security (Intune) and network systems is a big plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
