What you'll be doing?

• Technical Solution Delivery: Provide comprehensive technical expertise and solutions to clients including analysis, design, development, implementation, and ongoing support services.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to understand complex client requirements and deliver customized solutions that meet specific business needs.
• System Implementation & Testing: Conduct thorough system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
• Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide comprehensive training sessions and knowledge transfer to both clients and internal teams to ensure successful system adoption.
• Industry Trend Analysis: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance service delivery capabilities.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the enhancement of service offerings through innovative approaches and process optimization initiatives.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Project Management Support: Assist in managing IT and ERP project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all solutions meet industry standards and client specifications while maintaining high quality and performance benchmarks.

Who are they looking for?

• Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Application Consultant or similar technical consulting role with proven track record in IT solution delivery.
• Project Delivery Expertise: Demonstrated experience in delivering successful IT and ERP projects including requirement studies, training coordination, and system testing (excluding HR project experience).
• Financial Knowledge: Basic accounting knowledge to understand business processes and effectively implement financial system solutions.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin language to effectively liaise with clients from China, enhancing international business communication.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in various software development methodologies and tools for effective solution development and implementation.
• Educational Background: Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred for strong technical foundation.
• Industry Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with Information & Communication Technology industry standards and best practices for quality service delivery.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking capabilities to address complex technical challenges.
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.
