Job Description
The scope and responsibility of the Technical Sales Consultant is to generate sales for the Company, which is achieved through providing technical advice and technical selling of the Company's cutting edge solutions in Rainwater Management Systems.
The Technical Sales Consultant is a key team member of the sale organization who deals with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, plumbers and other professional external parties to specify and sell Fast Flow Solutions. It is important to develop and sustain good working relationship with both internal and external parties to grow the Company's market share.
Responsibilities
- To attend, service, promote and to specify company products to Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and Developers.
- Maintain good relationship with by identifying client's needs and develop appropriate sales strategy to meet their needs.
- Responsible of preparation of proposals, provide solutions and information.
- Conduct product briefing and organise presentation to clients.
- Liaise with clients on all technical aspects of the project.
- Identify and gather new potential leads and maintain existing client's relationship.
- Good Communication skills.
- Gather market intelligence for the Manager by making close monitoring of market movements
- Able to meet target and work independently.
- Suitable candidate may also be possibly tasked to cover other regions.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in business, marketing, construction or related fields
Prior experience in sales or specification is a plus, fresh gragusted are welcome to apply.
Able to read and comprehend construction/architectural drawings
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and presentation skills
Able to conduct fluently in English, Malay, and Mandarin is a must.
