  1. Process Consulting & Analysis:

  2. Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions to improve efficiency and cost optimization.

  3. Promote analytics and automation tools (Power BI, FIORI) to enhance decision-making and operations.

  4. Project Management:

  5. Support implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing risks, and overseeing key deliverables.

  6. Process Design:

  7. Advise on innovative retail processes to enhance competitiveness and efficiency within SAP and integrated systems (e.g., POS, Shopify).

  8. Integration & Support:

  9. Ensure smooth integration with other systems, provide end-user training, and prepare supporting documentation.

  10. Change Management:

  11. Develop and execute change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communication, training, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  12. Enterprise Growth Enablement:

  13. Support business growth through omni-channel and eCommerce initiatives.

  14. Collaborate with commercial, IT, and digital teams to design integrated B2B and B2C solutions.
  15. Ensure SAP processes and data structures enable scalable digital commerce.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in multinational project environments as an SAP Consultant, with a strong track record in SAP implementation projects.
  • SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and hands-on experience with the SAP In-Store Retail solution.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in core Sales and Distribution processes, including sales order management, pricing (condition tables, types, and pricing procedures), master data, and system integration.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations within a multinational context, with comprehensive knowledge of retail processes and their optimization through SAP solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, time management, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in English communication.
