SIRIM Academy Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Executive / Consultant (Standard Development) to join our dynamic team that based in Shah Alam, Selangor.  This is a full-time position plays a key role in standard developments and standard consultant services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

i) Conduct Standards Development and Consultancy Projects

Lead the implementation of SIRIM Industry Standards (SIS) development initiatives. Coordinate technical committees and perform secretariat functions to ensure compliance with procedures and project success.

ii) Deliver Standards Consultancy and Training Services

Deliver consultancy and training on standards implementation, best practices, recognition schemes, business transformation and certification programs to help client growth and drive business development.

iii) Business Development & Client Development

Engage with clients, prepare proposals and develop technical documentation, and promote standards-based solutions to expand market reach.

iv) Quality and Compliance Assurance

Maintain high professional standards and contribute to organizational growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

i. Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent disciplines with minimum 6 -12 year of working experience in a related field.

ii. Some work experience related to understanding standardization activities including standards development, consultancy and exposure to international trade and technical regulatory system will be an advantage

iii. Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
