Job Description:

Responsibilities and Accountability:

1. Lead and execute digital transformation strategies by aligning technology with business goals, driving process automation and encouraging innovation.
2. Drive digitalization initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic roadmap by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Plan and manage IT projects with clear milestones and timelines to ensure successful delivery within scope and schedule.
4. Coordinate system design, development, testing, and deployment to ensure delivery of reliable and scalable solutions.
5. Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing systems and infrastructure.
6. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to define requirements, clarify technical details, and align deliverables across departments.
7. Oversee user training and knowledge transfer by preparing support materials, documentation, and ensuring effective handover to operational or support teams.
8. Establish post-implementation support structures by managing escalated issues, coordinating advanced troubleshooting, and leading continuous improvement efforts.
9. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
10. Keeping abreast with emerging technologies and trends to identify innovation opportunities that enhance digital capabilities and maintain competitiveness.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic/advanced knowledge of software and application design, with the ability to effectively communicate requirements and ideas with developers.
• Ability to design and document system processes through architecture diagrams, workflow maps, and configuration documentation.
• Skilled in using tools like Power BI and Power Apps to analyze data, create visual dashboards, and automate business processes.
• Able to define test cases, conduct UAT, and assist in identifying and reporting system issues.
• Good knowledge of cloud platforms and system integration tools such as APIs and middleware to enable scalable and seamless connectivity between applications.
• Good understanding of version control and change management tools such as Git and Jira to ensure changes are properly tracked, reviewed, and effectively deployed.
• Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including managing sprints and backlogs to keep projects on track.
• Advanced/exceptional English proficiency with the ability to clearly express complex ideas in writing and speech, supporting effective collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Capable of assessing emerging technologies, selecting suitable digital tools, and managing vendor relationships.
• Knowledgeable in IoT and smart technologies, with the ability to assess system readiness for integration.
