The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the regional market landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identifies business opportunities and drives sales revenue by identifying qualified prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with qualified prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Build good rapport with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the entire supply chain, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant fields
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing-related roles
  • A candidate with exposure and experience in the plastic manufacturing and food packaging industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationships, negotiation and prospecting skills and experience in sales planning.
  • Proven record in meeting sales goals.
  • Must be innovative and creative, able to generate good ideas.
  • Must possess good organization and time management skills and practices.
  • With high self-initiative, motivation and accountability in completing assignments and responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to think outside the box.
  • Smart in decision-making.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Able to handle reasonable pressure and work extra hours to accomplish tasks and deliver results.
  • Must be result-oriented and have a challenger attitude.
  • Excel in customer account management.
