About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive who is driven, creative, and eager to build meaningful partnerships that deliver measurable results.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive advertising revenue growth by managing agency and direct client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Create and present compelling media proposals and digital campaign ideas tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and pitches with deep product and audience knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service and client support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

What We're Looking For
  • Degree/Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience in sales, media, advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong creative thinking and analytical skills to spot opportunities and solve problems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva (or similar presentation tools).
  • Experience working with media agencies, publishers, or digital platforms will be an advantage.
