Cash Audits: Conduct cash audits for ATM installations to ensure the integrity of cash handling processes at all locations.
Reconciliation Oversight: Supervise audit reconciliations, ensuring thorough follow-up with respective departments to address discrepancies.
Risk Assessment: Identify, analyze, and assess potential risks within company operations, conducting comprehensive risk assessments and categorizing findings.
ATM Cash Reconciliation: Ensure the timely reconciliation of ATM cash to maintain accurate financial records and mitigate discrepancies.
Documentation Management: Manage the filing and organization of essential documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Policy Review: Assess and review policies and procedures from other divisions to guarantee compliance and effectiveness.
10. Contract Compliance: Review contracts with external partners to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
11. Liaison Role: Act as the primary contact for external audits and regulatory agencies, facilitating smooth communication.
12. Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations for division staff, encouraging professional development.
