Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Batu Caves with SAIRAH TRADING SDN BHD. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team's daily operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, and negotiating sales deals. The role also involves achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and analyzing market trends to seize new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in setting and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills to effectively manage a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and generate actionable sales insights
  • Capability to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales management is strongly preferred
