Operation & Maintenance Engineer (Solar)

Responsibilities :


•  Manage end-to-end project execution, including project planning, preparation, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project timelines and quality standards.


•  Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems (e.g., inverters, panels, monitoring systems) to optimize performance.


•  Monitor system performance, analyze data, and generate reports for stakeholders.


•  Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless operation


•  Prepare documentation, including work schedules, risk assessments, and post-maintenance reports.


• Respond promptly to system faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Qualification :


• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.


•  Minimum 1 year of experience in solar PV project management or O&M roles.


•  Familiarity with Malaysian grid codes and basic Grid Connected PV systems.


•  Valid driver's license and ability to handle physical site tasks.

Skills Required:


• Technical knowledge of solar PV systems, grid integration, and O&M best practices.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Works and Power Points.
