Job responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the production workshop's output table and energy consumption table, system entry and exit accounts; Barcode system, intelligent warehouse, ERP data verification;

  2. Responsible for the attendance and assessment data of production personnel;

  3. Responsible for the assessment data of excellent teams of production personnel;

  4. Responsible for the registration, receipt and distribution of labor protection supplies, office supplies and sharp tools;

  5. Responsible for daily production personnel meal data and OA meal reporting;

  6. Responsible for the month-end inventory and data summary of the production workshop;

  7. Responsible for the collation, archiving, and distribution of reports (books) and documents in the production workshop.

  8. Responsible for production order verification, abnormal analysis and processing.

  9. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the leader.

1、负责生产车间的产量表及能耗表,系统出入账目;条码系统、智能仓库、erp数据的核对;

2、负责生产人员的考勤,考核数据;

3、负责生产人员优秀班组考核数据;

4、负责生产劳保用品、办公用品、利器用品登记、领用、发放;

5、负责每日生产人员用餐数据,并OA报餐;

6、负责生产车间月末盘点及数据汇总;

7、负责生产车间的报表(订册)及文件的整理、存档、发放等工作。

8、负责生产订单核查,异常的分析及处理。

9、完成领导分配的其他临时任务。

Job requirements:

  1. Possess minimum of High school certificate or Bachelor's Degree.

  2. Have strong communication, coordination and execution skills;

  3. Proficient in computer office software operation;

  4. Familiar with ERP operation and OA system.

  5. More than 1 year of relevant work experience.

  6. Able to communicate in Mandarin as the position requires to liaise with the China team in HQ.

  7. Able to work in our office in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.
