Admin Cum Sales Assistant

Job Descriptions:
- Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to all relevant documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and deliveries.
- Assist in processing sales orders from initial inquiry to delivery.
- Help manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate data and timely follow-up.
- Assist with managing stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in related field.
- Previous experiences in sales support, administration, logistics, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience.
- Able to converse and write in both English & Bahasa (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
