We are seeking for aesthetic therapists / assistants

Requirements:

At least 1 year proven hands on experience beauty/medispa/aesthetic related field

Job description:

  • Perform facials, beauty services and assist doctor on treatment procedures where necessary
  • Sales oriented and provide quality client services
  • Providing personalised consultations to clients, assessing their skin conditions and needs, and recommending tailored treatment plans (training will be provided)
  • Equipped with basic knowledge on facials, skin management and aesthetic treatments would be an added advantage
  • Possess a good attitude, able to work in a team, to create a culture of positive vibes environment, good productivity and strong morale
  • Build strong customer relationships, to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Update and maintain treatment records as per protocol
  • Manage treatment rooms, equipment, and stock to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Collaborate with marketing team when necessary to execute promotional plans

Basic salary + commission

*Commission scheme depending on performance and experience, chance of progression

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
