Aesthetic Clinic Manager/consultant

We are seeking for an Aesthetic Clinic Manager equipped with good leadership and problem solving skills

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years experience in a managerial role (beauty/medispa/aesthetic related field)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of clinic, including (but not limited to) staff supervision, respond to client enquiries and scheduling, monitor patient satisfaction and attend to feedback or concerns
  • Sales oriented and provide quality client services
  • Equipped with basic knowledge on facials, skin management and aesthetic treatments would be an added advantage
  • Lead morning briefings to align objectives and maximize workflow, ensure smooth operations

Team and people management:

  • Has strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Possess a good attitude, able to lead, guide and support team members, to create a culture of positive vibes environment, good productivity and strong morale

Inventory & Stock Oversight:

  • Monitor inventory supply levels, enabling daily efficient usage and minimizing waste

Customer Relationship Role:

  • Build strong customer relationships, assist in resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Update and maintain treatment records

Marketing & Promotional Roles:

  • Collaborate with marketing team when necessary to execute promotional plans

Basic salary + commission

*Commission scheme depending on performance, has chance of progression

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM9,000.00 per month
