Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Diploma and above

  • Required skills: Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Sales experience, Fluency in Mandarin, Hospitality Management, Mandarin Language Proficiency, Problem-Solving, Homestay Operations

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Be the Voice of The Stay Hub – Act as the first-tier support team, handling guest inquiries professionally via calls, emails, and messages.

  • Manage Reservations and Guest Services – Coordinate bookings, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently and accurately.

  • Ensure Smooth Homestay Operations – Oversee and plan daily homestay operations, ensuring high service standards.

  • Own Every Guest Experience – Proactively solve problems, address concerns, and create positive experiences for our guests.

  • Implement Policies and Standards – Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

  • Work as a Team – Collaborate with operations and management teams, sharing insights to enhance service quality.

  • Drive Business Growth – Contribute ideas and efforts toward the success and expansion of our hospitality business.

  • Stay Organized and Efficient – Track, follow up, and resolve guest requests promptly.

  • Be Ready to Go the Extra Mile – Provide occasional after-hours support to ensure smooth operations.
