**Job Summary:*

  14. Contribute to achieving sales targets and financial goals.

  15. Assist in managing budgets, expenses, and payroll.

  16. Participate in promotional planning and execution.

  17. **Reporting and Administration:**

  18. Help prepare reports on sales, productivity, and performance metrics.

  19. Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including inventory tracking and ordering supplies.

**Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or management is a plus.

  • Previous retail or management experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
