Job Description

You will be part of the Client Servicing team, providing both Sales and Administrative support to the Client Relationship team. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensuring high client retention rate
  • Address inquiries from Clients, Insurers, and Brokers
  • Attend meeting with insurers or brokers, depending on the channel
  • Support regular (quarterly /monthly / weekly) meetings with key clients, insurers, and brokers, which includes sending invitations, preparing and distributing SLA decks (claims, contact center, panel utilization), taking meeting minutes, and facilitating discussions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure service recovery when needed
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek upsell and referral opportunities within the current customer base
  • Prepare documentation, quotations and service agreements
  • Assist with audit requirements and due diligence by Clients or Insurers in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Enter and maintain data of Clients and Insurers
  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc Client and Insurer reports
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including document sorting and filing
  • Assist with follow-ups on accounts receivable with Clients and Insurers as necessary
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least 5 years solid years of experience in relevant servicing/insurance fields.
  • Prior experience in Employee Benefits or Corporate Solutions is an added advantage
  • Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively across teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Proven conflict resolution skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing business needs.
