PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading.

  2. Ensure efficient utilization of space and maintain high standards of organization in the warehouse.

  3. Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation and inventory control systems.

  4. Implement and enforce best practices in warehouse operations regarding safety, security, and productivity.

  5. Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff; provide guidance and support to ensure maximum performance.

  6. Communicate with customer and forwarders on the additional support if required (OT request, delayed empty container delivery, request consumables and all related to operation requirement.

  7. Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, productivity metrics, and shipping/receiving discrepancies.

  8. Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to enhance performance and efficiency.

  9. To involve and be responsible for the audits & trainings.

  10. Provide timely updates & information regarding the daily operation.

  11. Update & share all existing reports and trackers related to the assigned operation.

  12. Support as a backup within the team in case of absence (training will be provided).

  13. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.

· Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

· Proficient in inventory management software and systems.

· Ability to analyze data and provide insights especially thru Excel.

· Understanding of safety and regulatory requirements in warehouse environments.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· SPM or Diploma required; additional certification or degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
