岗位职责

  1. 店铺与代理商管理 Store and Agent Management

全面负责TikTok店铺的日常运营与管理工作。核心在于高效管理内容创作代理商,明确传达运营目标与内容需求,审核其输出的视频及直播方案,确保内容质量、风格与营销目标一致。Take full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the TikTok store. The core lies in efficiently managing content creation agents, clearly communicating operational goals and content requirements, reviewing the video and live streaming plans they output, and ensuring that the content quality and style are consistent with the marketing objectives.

  1. 运营策略与销售目标 Operational Strategy and Sales Targets

制定店铺的整体运营策略、销售计划及促销活动,并对店铺的GMV(商品交易总额)、销售额等核心指标负责。基于数据分析,指导代理商优化内容方向,提升转化率。Formulate the overall operational strategy, sales plan and promotional activities of the store, and be responsible for the core indicators such as the store's GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) and sales volume. Based on data analysis, guide agents to optimize content direction and improve conversion rate.

  1. 跨部门协同与供应链对接 Cross-department collaboration and supply chain integration

作为运营枢纽,与公司内部的产品、市场、客服及供应链团队紧密协作。确保产品信息同步、库存状况清晰,并协同处理与店铺运营相关的物流、售后等事宜,保障用户体验。Act as the operation hub, and closely collaborate with the company's internal product, marketing, customer service and supply chain teams. Ensure the synchronization of product information and clarity of inventory status, and jointly handle logistics, after-sales and other matters related to store operation to guarantee user experience.

  1. 市场与数据分析 Market and Data Analysis

深入研究马来西亚的消费者偏好、文化习俗及流行趋势。每日监控店铺关键数据(流量、转化率、客单价等),形成分析报告,用于指导运营策略调整和代理商内容优化。Conduct in-depth research on Malaysian consumers' preferences, cultural customs and popular trends. Monitor the store's key data (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, etc.) daily and form analysis reports to guide the adjustment of operational strategies and the optimization of agents' content.

任职要求 Job Requirements

语言能力 Language proficiency:英语流利、精通马来文,能进行专业的书面和口头沟通。Fluent in English and proficient in Malay, with the ability to conduct professional written and oral communication.

运营经验 Operational experience:拥有1年以上TikTok电商平台运营经验,熟悉TikTok Shop的规则、后台操作及推广工具。具备与外部合作伙伴(如代理商、KOL)高效协同的经验者尤佳。Have more than 1 year of operation experience on the TikTok e-commerce platform, and be familiar with the rules, background operations and promotion tools of TikTok Shop. Experience in efficiently collaborating with external partners (such as agents, KOLs) is preferred.
