With a strong presence in the digital space, we are now venturing into omnichannel strategies to combine online and offline customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive innovation across both e-commerce and retail platforms.

The Shop Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting both our e-commerce success and retail expansion efforts. This position involves assisting with day-to-day retail operations while contributing to the execution of campaigns that align with our digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Sales Executive to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience across both online and in-store channels.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Welcome and greet customer
  • Ascertain customer's need and wants
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain a fully stocked store
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Opening and closing shop
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Bring product stock from warehouse to shop

REQUIREMENT :

  • Preferably experience working in customer service at least 1 years
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication skill in Bahasa & English
  • Fast-learner, energetic, vibrant & friendly

WORKING HOURS/DAYS :

  • 6 days/ week, 10.00 am pm
  • Attendance Allowance - RM 100.00
  • Individual Sales Commission - Based on sales for that particular month
