We are looking for a trustworthy, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual to join our pawn shop team as a Customer Service Executive & Admin Executives. In this role, you will be the frontliner of our business—

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin or other languages is a plus
  • Minimum SPM; Diploma or higher preferred
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or customer service work is an advantage
  • Experience in pawn broking, jewelry, or retail industry is preferred
  • Computer literate – able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic systems
  • Presentable and polite, with an outgoing personality and attention to detail
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays when required

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with pawning, redeeming, and renewing luxury items
  • Record and maintain customer information, pawn tickets, and loan documents accurately
  • Handle data entry for all transactions and ensure accuracy in the system
  • Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Ensure the front desk and display area are clean, secure, and well-organised
  • Answer phone calls, and handle general administrative duties
