We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Training & Admin Coordinator to support our Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Employee Development
- Conduct onboarding programs and probation assessments for new employees.
- Assist in developing and implementing the annual training plan and integrating relevant training resources.
- Coordinate training sessions, monitor participation, and gather feedback for improvement.
- Promote internal development initiatives such as mentorship programs and job rotation opportunities.
- Organize team-building activities, festive celebrations, and employee engagement events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Manage the procurement, registration, allocation, utilization, and disposal of fixed assets and consumables.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records, tagging, and coding systems.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring proper storage and inventory accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits while driving continuous improvement in asset management processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, HR, or related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in admin, operations, or training coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to work at Sedenak, Johor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
