Personnel ability requirements:

1. Engineers need to understand the relevant principles of electrical and UPS, more than 2 years of UPs related experience, college degree or above, can communicate in English and local languages, and can independently complete the attached work content after training.

  1. Engineers must have the qualification certificate required by Malaysian local laws and industry norms ( low- voltage electrician certificate for special operations).

Daily work content during the residency: Service time: 2.5 years.

Service Interface:

1. UPS on-the-shelf service + start-up + debugging auxiliary labor, including but not limited to providing installation and technical support and solving problems in a timely manner, it is expected to take 2 people, estimated to be half a year

2. Emergency maintenance service from on-site to before final inspection (estimated 0.5 years)

3. Service within the 2-year warranty period after the final inspection (including the following 5 items)

Ÿ 7*24 hours emergency service response (response within 10 minutes (phone) and remote support. 2 hours to the scene)

Ÿ During the warranty period: 4 inspections per year, a total of 7 ordinary inspections, 1 in-depth inspection, and a 15-minute discharge test on the battery every six months

Ÿ Equipment software maintenance and upgrade

Ÿ On-site duty (major holidays, politically sensitive periods, important equipment (power distribution equipment, diesel, refrigeration equipment, etc.) technicians are on duty Fault repair service (response within 10 minutes (phone), 2 hours to arrive at the site, 4 hours to isolate the fault, 8 hours for repair with spare parts on site, 24 hours for repair without spare parts on site, 48 hours to provide service report)

Ÿ On-site technical support (During on-site installation, commissioning, and testing, on-site support is required within [2] hours.)

Ÿ The construction, commissioning, testing, certification, operation, maintenance and/or repair of the equipment shall be carried out at the project site according to the project progress or the time notified in writing by Party A and Party A's customers. Conduct training for Party A, Party A's customers, and third- party personnel of Party A's customers. All necessary technical documents, operation manuals and/or drawings should be provided to Party A and Party A's customers, and if Party A and Party A's customers need, professional and technical personnel should be sent to the site to provide on-site technical guidance and demonstrations to ensure that Party A and Party A's customers can fully use the equipment.
