About the role

Boon Boon Builder Sdn Bhd, a leading construction company, is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious engineering student to join our team as an Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering and contribute to the growth and success of our company. As an Intern, you will be working closely with our experienced engineers and project managers, learning the ins and outs of the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supporting the implementation of construction projects, including site visits and project management tasks
  2. Conducting research, data analysis, and technical documentation to support the engineering team
  3. Participating in team meetings and collaborating with cross-functional departments
  4. Gaining exposure to various aspects of the construction industry, including project planning, budgeting, and logistics

What we're looking for

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for hands-on work
  3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  4. Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as CAD, simulation, and analysis tools
  5. Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
  6. Knowledge of construction processes and industry regulations is an advantage
