Job Description
  • Maintain proper accounting records and update cash book and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing full set of accounts during month-end and year-end closing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation, analysis, and reporting of monthly accounts.
  • Check and update all unpaid bills and contractor claims in the Accounts Payable system, ensuring all new contracts awarded, variation orders (VO), and final accounts are updated accordingly.
  • Perform Accounts Payable activities to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Verify and validate documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before processing.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in preparing special reports as required by management.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in financial accounting, management accounting, and treasury functions is an advantage.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
