Tanggungjawab:
- Berhubung dengan pelanggan untuk urusan pesanan, penghantaran & pertanyaan produk
- Kemas kini dan rekodkan data jualan dalam sistem dengan tepat
- Menyokong team jualan dalam penyediaan laporan bulanan dan rekod pelanggan
- Menyusun dan menyimpan dokumen jualan dengan teratur
- Menjawab panggilan atau emel berkaitan urusan jualan
- Membantu dalam susulan bayaran pelanggan (follow-up payment) jika perlu
Kelayakan:
- Minima SPM/Diploma dalam bidang berkaitan
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office
- Mempunyai komunikasi yang baik dan mesra pelanggan
- Bertanggungjawab, teratur dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari
- Minat yang mendalam tentang product Cosmetic & Skincare
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
