About the role

Super Tours & Travel Service Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Butterworth, Penang. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support our marketing and promotional efforts. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and creative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, short video, social media posts, and website content
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute engaging visual campaigns that effectively communicate our brand and services
  • Ensuring design consistency across all marketing collateral by adhering to our brand guidelines and style
  • Staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the visual appeal and impact of our marketing materials
  • Providing support and guidance to other team members on design-related tasks and projects

What we're looking for

  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with experienced in a graphic design role, preferably within the advertising, arts, or media industry are encourage to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in using design software such as corelDRAW or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout, with the ability to create visually captivating designs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders
  • Adaptability and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • A portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work and a solid understanding of design principles
