Role Summary

Manage end-to-end logistics operations for a major technology client. Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution across air, ocean, road, and customs operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main contact for client communication, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee shipment management, compliance, and documentation across all transport modes.
  • Manage claims and replacement processes (MMR/DISCP), including weekly reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to client SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Prepare operational reports and support performance reviews.
  • Provide on-site support during urgent shipments, month-end peaks, and projects.

Working Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (as required)
  • Flexibility required during public holidays, quarter-end, and upon request.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–3 years in freight forwarding/logistics operations; experience with technology clients is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office, logistics platforms, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills in English; able to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
