About the role

Agricore CS Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Logistic Executive to join our team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. This full-time position plays a key role in managing and optimizing the day-to-day logistics operations of our domestic and export warehousing and distribution business.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating the movement and storage of goods, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to customers
  • Managing inventory levels and optimising warehouse space utilisation
  • Monitoring and analysing logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Liaising with suppliers, carriers and customers to resolve any delivery or collection issues
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation and records related to logistics, export declarations, and customs clearance
  • Supporting the implementation of new logistics initiatives and technologies
  • Supervising and training the logistics team to maintain high standards of service

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar logistics or supply chain role
  • Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, shipping, and distribution processes
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, lead by example, and perform well under pressure
  • Knowledge of industry-related safety and regulatory standards
