JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Sales Operation Admin who is responsible, proactive, and able to work independently to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to our Sales & Operation Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily sales and operational activities. In a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the successful candidate will contribute to the team's effectiveness through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting the company's growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Sales & Operations team with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
- Assist in sourcing and dealing with suppliers, including preparing and tracking purchase orders.
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records accurately.
- Help with shipping arrangements, delivery schedules, and basic logistics coordination.
- Prepare monthly reports, meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Arrange appointments, schedules, and travel plans when required.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with strong language proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage daily workload efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, calmness under pressure, and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: -
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in in sales support, operations, or administration (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and the right attitude are also encouraged to apply
