About Us
Nano Wellness Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing wellness brand offering premium health supplements across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily operations, logistics coordination, and administrative workflows — including the use of modern AI tools to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in handling daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage and complete tasks assigned by superiors efficiently and on time.
- Coordinate with the logistics team on daily order processing and fulfillment updates.
- Utilize AI tools (such as SoraAI, HoloAI, TopView AI, etc.) to improve task efficiency and workflow automation.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
- Support internal communication and coordination between departments.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of administrative or logistics coordination experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with AI tools (SoraAI, HoloAI, TopView AI, or similar) is an advantage.
- Good communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
