HR-Related Tasks
- Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documents (attendance, leave forms, onboarding).
- Assist in preparing letters (offer letter, warning letter, confirmation letter).
- Help with payroll data collection.
- Assist in foreign worker documentation, permit renewal, and hostel coordination.
Logistics-Related Tasks
- Handle logistics documentation (DO, invoice, packing list).
- Coordinate transportation, deliveries, and driver schedules.
- Track shipments and update stock movement records.
- Communicate with suppliers, warehouse team, and transporters.
- Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports.
Accounts-Related Tasks
- Perform basic accounting data entry.
- Process invoices, payment vouchers, AP/AR documents.
- Update and maintain accounting records and filing.
- Assist account team with month-end tasks.
- Communicate with suppliers/customers regarding billing or payment queries.
General Admin Duties
- Filing, data entry, documentation & office coordination.
- Answering calls, emails and assisting walk-in enquiries.
- Support management with any other assigned tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
