Job Descriptions - Responsibilities and Duties

Account

  • Prepare full set accounts for the company and all related party companies.
  • Prepare and processing invoices, receipts, payment voucher, staff claims, bank reconciliations, petty cash transactions and payments via internet banking, cheque
  • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditor
  • Perform invoice filling and scan all the invoice and saved at server
  • Prepare tax estimation for all company development project to company tax agent and auditors

B.) Administration

  • Oversee general office administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, phone calls, emails and attending office visitors.
  • Maintain and manage all documentation and keep proper filing record in physical copy and soft copy into company cloud server.
  • Liase with company secretary, auditors and tax agent to receive and prepare the necessary documentation
  • To liase and handle all the progressive invoice claim or others invoice claim from company consultant, supplier or business partners.
  • Preparation of claim and payment record reports for company management.
  • Assist in the KPKT 7(f) and 7(e) quarterly financial status submission.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and government regulatory requirements.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have below requirements:

  • Minimum STPM / Diploma in Finance and Accounting or equivalent and above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and relevant accounting software.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to communicate effectively and fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin in oral and written. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Able to work under pressure and willing adapted to the working hours and working day arrangement by the company management or shift required.
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and teamwork.
  • Possession with own transportation.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in finance and accounting and related field.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply, training will be provided.
