Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the accounts team in administrative duties and documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding financial records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks such as document filing, report preparation, and assisting other departments when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping (Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
