Account / Admin

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle international currency payments and transactions.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement.
- Support the Director in financial activities and reporting.
- Prepare and manage invoices, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor B.O.M. (Bill of Materials) and costing activities.
- Oversee department collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements (e.g., GST, SST, income tax).
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties as needed.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Perform other related administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficient in accounting software (Master System) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of international currency transactions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
