Human Resources Cum Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, interviewing, hiring).
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer leave, attendance, and payroll-related matters.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
- Support HR projects, employee engagement, and company events.
- Prepare HR reports and provide data analysis when required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and related HR regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience with SQL payroll systems.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
