Senior Executive Human Resources

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- To administer staff fringe benefit, leave and claims matters
- To administer staff's employment status i.e. confirmation, resignation, contract expiry
- To administer, maintain and monitor the payroll information database, and to ensure that the record is updated regularly.
- To check and ensure the accuracy of the monthly payroll processing and statutory contributions.
- To handle the staff grievances and complaints.
- To analyse / review / propose staff benefits for management decision.
- To assist in the compilation of employee's performance appraisal, including prepare
- The reports and analysis for the management review.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
Experience
- 3 - 5 years hands on experience in C&B
