Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  1. To administer staff fringe benefit, leave and claims matters
  2. To administer staff's employment status i.e. confirmation, resignation, contract expiry
  3. To administer, maintain and monitor the payroll information database, and to ensure that the record is updated regularly.
  4. To check and ensure the accuracy of the monthly payroll processing and statutory contributions.
  5. To handle the staff grievances and complaints.
  6. To analyse / review / propose staff benefits for management decision.
  7. To assist in the compilation of employee's performance appraisal, including prepare
  8. The reports and analysis for the management review.
  9. Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.

Experience

  1. 3 - 5 years hands on experience in C&B
