Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilties:
- Handle the full-spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, payroll coordination, recruitment, onboarding and performance management
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures and best practices
- Liaise with Heads of Departments (HODs) to understand manpower needs, staff performance and training requirements
- Organise and coordinate trainings, workshops and staff development programmes to enhance employee skills and engagement
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation and leave administration in compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies to support business objectives
- Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities, company events and welfare programmes
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Employment Act and other relevant regulations
- Support management in performance appraisal exercises and HR reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices
- Fluency in Mandarin is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff
- Proactive, well-organised and able to handle confidential information with discretion
