  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate company events such as the Annual Dinner & Dance (AD&D), Quarterly Appreciation Lunch, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, 6S awards, and other corporate functions.
  • Cleaner Management: Supervise cleaning staff and ensure overall cleanliness and housekeeping of company premises.
  • Utilities and Rental Management: Manage and ensure all rental, electricity, water, and telephone bills are submitted to the Finance Department promptly for payment processing.
  • Customs Compliance: Handle all customs-related matters, including the accurate and timely submission of monthly reports (M1, M2, Subcon, K, KX, Cukai Terkorban, and Lampiran B).
  • Scheduled Waste Management: Oversee all aspects of scheduled waste administration, including documentation, annual analysis submissions, E-SWiS updates, waste disposal coordination, and ensuring the validity of waste collector licenses.
  • Procurement Control: Manage the order of office stationery and refreshments.
  • ISO Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality and environmental management standards, including IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, and ISO45001 in relation to administration, safety & environmental.
  • Safety Coordination: Serve as the Safety Coordinator, ensuring compliance with DOSH and JKKP legal and safety requirements.
  • Security Management: Oversee security guards' performance and ensure proper monitoring of the company's security operations.
  • Administrative Expenses: Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for administrative expenses.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize festival decorations, employee welfare activities, and other CSR initiatives.
  • General Duties: Carry out any other tasks or assignments as directed by immediate supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
