Job Description
Job Functions & Responsibilities
Handling all billing including water, electricity and telephone.
Collect letters and sorting them before send it to each department.
Arrange for lorry checking at Puspakom and lorry maintenance.
Maintain the confidentiality of correspondence, documents, discussions, meetings and telephone calls.
Oversee the operation of various office machines to include printer, computer, fax and phone and photocopy machine.
Design and edit drafts of correspondence, reports, forms, charts, memos, and other documents, as needed.
Perform data entry for special on-going projects.
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
Perform daily clerical duties such as answering and screening telephone calls; taking messages; and other routine duties necessary to assist senior personnel and departmental management.
Perform administrative functions, including filing.
Verify and complete required documentation and reports, including but not limited to; productivity information.
Some other ad-hoc job like support company's event.
