- Assist superior in daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare, update, and maintain records of stock movement, vehicle allocation, and parts inventory.
- Handle documentation related to Proton vehicle registration, delivery orders, and transfer between branches.
- Coordinate with others departments to ensure accurate record keeping and timely updates.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare reports on incoming and outgoing vehicles or parts.
- Maintain filing systems, correspondence, and ensure all records are properly documented for audit purposes.
- Assist in preparing monthly inventory and administrative reports for management review.
- Support the manager in ensuring compliance with Proton Group's operational policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of working experience in administrative or inventory-related roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Positions are available at Juru branch.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
