About the role

In line with our business expansion, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic GROUP, SALES MANAGER to lead our automotive sales operations across multiple brands and branches. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, building strong teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring excellence in customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all sales operations for the company's automotive brands.
  • Achieve overall sales targets and profitability objectives for retail and fleet business.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Support associated brands in all dealership activities, campaigns, and launches.
  • Set sales objectives and monitor the performance of Sales Managers and Consultants.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve peak performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and brand standards.
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Provide management with regular reports and sales forecasts.

Requirements
  • At least Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, including 2 years in a managerial or group sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing multi-brand or multi-branch automotive operations is an advantage.
  • Possess strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
  • Able to work independently and lead by example.
  • Willing to travel regularly among outlets.
