  • Manage and oversee Sales department overall function.
  • Develop business growth plans and sales strategies to increase market share, generate additional sales revenues, and improve profitability of the company.
  • Forecast sales plan and sales target accordingly and achieved the target set by brand principal and Goh Brothers.
  • Mentoring, training, and coaching team members to successfully close business.
  • Maintain and foster relationship with existing and new customers to ensure continuous success accounts.
  • Perform sales activities for major accounts and at the same time develop and generate new sales accounts or new opportunities to the company.
  • Formulate and implement all sales policies, practice, and Standard Operating Procedures as per principal guideline.
  • Monitor KPI performance for sales department and conduct periodic review on the progress of Sales personnel.
  • Liaison with internal department functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives as necessary.
  • Accomplish department and organization mission and objective by completing related result as needed.
  • Responsible on payment collection from customers.
  • Train and supervise all subordinates under your coverage.
  • Conduct appraisal of staffs and periodic evaluation including confirmation of employment.
  • Prepare and provide monthly KPI report.
  • Ad-hoc task as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or higher in business administration, management or related field.

  • Have at least 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing/ automotive field.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa, ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

  • Possess driving license and have own transport.

  • Equipped with strong leadership skills and passionate in managing a team.

  • Self-motivated, self-reliant and target & performance orientated.

  • Job location at Juru / Ipoh

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
