Key Responsibilities in EnglishThe primary responsibilities of a Wedding Hall Sales Assistant include:

  • Client Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for couples, greeting them, conducting venue tours (site inspections), and understanding their specific needs and preferences for their wedding.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Promoting and explaining various wedding packages and service offerings, working to meet or exceed sales targets, and preparing sales quotations and contracts.
  • Coordination and Planning: Liaising with internal teams (e.g., catering, operations) and external vendors (e.g., decorators, AV technicians) to ensure all arrangements and timelines meet client expectations and are executed flawlessly.
  • Administration: Handling sales inquiries (via phone, chat, or in-person), maintaining accurate client records in a database (CRM software), preparing banquet event orders (BEOs) and other event documentation, and managing billing and invoicing details.
  • Marketing Support: Assisting with promotional activities, such as updating social media sites, preparing sales kits, and providing on-site support during wedding fairs or showcases.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling complaints professionally, and building strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • On-site Support: Providing assistance during the actual event, which may include helping with setup, managing the flow of the event, and addressing any immediate issues that arise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
