A glimpse in your day-to-day task:

  • Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Develop actionable, data-driven recommendations and frameworks tailored to client needs.
  • Lead facilitation of client workshops, Labs, and presentations, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
  • Build strong client relationships by delivering insights that drive measurable impact.
  • Lead business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, driving client engagements, and expanding the firm's market presence.
  • Spearhead proposal development and pitching, ensuring a strong value proposition to win projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings and stay ahead of market trends.

What will set you apart?

  • Proven experience in management consulting or a related field, with at least 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably team leadership.
  • Availability for extended travel (up to 3 months at a time) based on project needs, which may include relocation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to address complex challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, or other relevant software.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
  • A track record of adaptability and learning agility, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
