Company Description

A leading and reputable MNC manufacturer is seeking an experienced
Accounting Manager
to oversee its accounting and financial operations.

Role Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standard.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, statutory audits, and regulatory reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with company standards.
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, promoting accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis, cost management, and investment evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (ACCA, CAT, CIMA a plus)
  • 3–5 years managerial experience; IFRS knowledge preferred
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/BI tools and ability to influence key business decisions.
