Responsibilities

  • Assist in cash flow management by allocating, planning and monitoring funds to ensure efficient cash flow.
  • Maintain a full set of accounts. Ensure data is entered into SQL Accounting system accurately.
  • Establish, maintain and reconcile general ledger.
  • Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts including monthly management report, P&L accounts.
  • Assist to oversee & managing the full spectrum of day-to-day operations of the accounts department, ensuring proper reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Supervise and monitor Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable daily, monthly work, such as bank reconciliation, including to ensure accurate accounting double entry (debit & credit) and export from POS system, etc and ensure their work are completed on time and accurately.
  • Responsible to check subordinate work such as - commission calculation is correct and submit commission report on time as per dateline.
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker and company secretary.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent or above.
  • Minimum 3-4 years working experience in the related field is required.
  • With experience in handle full set accounts.
  • Familiar with SQL Accounting Software & have knowledge of POS System.
  • Well Versed in Microsoft excel, google sheet.
  • Able to read , write & speak in Mandarin is an added advantage because need to liaise with China suppliers.
  • Strongly Understanding of double entries in accounting.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Have good leadership skills.
