Sales Executives are the key point of contact between a company and its customers: manage sales-promoting products and services, building long-term commercial relationships, answering queries, offering advice/solution and introducing new products so customers will continue using the company for business.
Job Description:
Provides first-class sales; Responsible for managing an array of customers, achieving high sales targets and also responsible for building relationships with existing and new customers. Acts as an expert in selling products to customers that meet their needs and desires.
Job Responsibilities:
•Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
•Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
•Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending solutions; recommending savings and service improvements.
•Identifies product upselling, cross selling or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
•Identifies market opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
•Generates new leads by meeting with customers.
•Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
•Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product.
•Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
•Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
•Giving sales presentations to high-level executives.
•Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to Sales Manager.
•Ensure awareness of all competitive activities within customers or area of coverage and preventing attrition.
•Managing customer relationships and providing customers with excellent service and support.
•Correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional trade associations.
•Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures
•Demonstrates advanced sales and products knowledge
•Understands how to make products appeal to customers based on the environment and current industry trends.
•Discovers how to market products to new users
